These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and Moneasy Financial Services ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, calling, messaging, or otherwise interacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and our Services.
2. About Us
HomeLoanPune.in is a consumer-facing brand operated by Moneasy Financial Services, a financial services firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We act as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / channel partner for our empanelled banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We are not a lender and do not directly issue, sanction, or disburse loans. All loan products, interest rates, processing fees, eligibility criteria, and approval decisions are determined and offered solely by the respective lender.
3. Nature of Services
Our Services include:
- Free home loan eligibility assessment
- Comparison of home loan offers across multiple banks and NBFCs
- Negotiation with lenders on your behalf, where possible
- Documentation collection, verification, and submission to the selected lender
- Coordination of legal verification, valuation, and disbursement processes
- Guidance on home loan top-up, balance transfer, and loan against property
- Free home loan calculators and educational content for informational purposes
We do NOT offer:
- Direct loan disbursement (this is done solely by banks and NBFCs)
- Investment, insurance, mutual fund, or financial products outside home loan consultancy
- Tax, legal, real estate, or property valuation advice β please consult qualified professionals for these
- Guarantees of loan approval, specific interest rates, or sanctioned amounts
4. Eligibility to Use
To use our Site and Services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law
- Are a resident of India, or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) eligible to take a home loan in India
- Are not barred by Indian law, regulation, or court order from receiving banking or financial services
- Will provide truthful and accurate information about yourself
If you do not meet these criteria, you may not use our Services.
5. Your Responsibilities
By using the Site or Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms, communications, and documentation
- Update us promptly if any information you have provided changes
- Cooperate fully with the lender's documentation, verification, and KYC requirements
- Not misrepresent your identity, income, employment, financial position, or any other material fact
- Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes
- Treat our team and partners with reasonable courtesy
6. Indicative Information & No Guarantees
All information published on the Site β including interest rates, processing fees, EMI calculations, eligibility figures, loan amounts, approval timelines, project details, and bank-specific terms β is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Specifically:
- Rates displayed (e.g., "from 7.25%") represent the lowest published rates by partner lenders. Your actual rate depends on your CIBIL score, income, employment type, loan amount, property type, and lender policies at the time of application.
- Eligibility figures from our calculators are estimates based on standard assumptions. The actual loan amount sanctioned is determined solely by the lender's internal credit policy.
- Approval timelines (e.g., "48 hours") are achievable for qualifying profiles with complete documentation and bank-empanelled projects. Actual timelines may vary based on the lender, document completeness, property legal status, valuation, and other factors outside our control.
- Pre-approved project listings reflect bank empanelment status as of the date listed. Empanelment can change; you should verify current status with the lender or builder before booking any property.
- Bank partner lists, fees, and offer details are subject to ongoing review and may change without notice.
We make no representation or warranty that any loan application submitted through us will be approved by any lender. Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender based on their internal credit policy and applicable RBI guidelines.
7. Our Service Is Free for Borrowers
Our home loan consultancy services are offered free of charge to borrowers. We are compensated by the partner bank or NBFC as a Direct Selling Agent / channel partner upon successful loan disbursement. This is a standard, regulated industry arrangement.
Please note that you may still be required to pay the following directly to the relevant party:
- Bank processing fees β charged by the lender, typically 0.25% β 1% of loan amount
- Legal and valuation fees β charged by the legal/valuation agency engaged by the lender, where applicable
- Stamp duty and registration charges β statutory charges payable to the State Government
- Insurance premiums β only if you opt for property insurance, life insurance, or loan-protection insurance
We will disclose all known charges to you before you commit to an application. We do not charge you any fee at any stage of the consultancy process.
8. Lender Relationships
We work with 30+ banks and NBFCs as empanelled DSA partners. While we strive to recommend the most suitable lender for your profile, we cannot:
- Guarantee that we work with every bank or NBFC operating in India
- Influence the lender's internal credit decisioning, rate setting, or loan terms
- Modify the lender's standard processing fees or other charges
- Cancel, alter, or amend a sanctioned loan once disbursed
- Mediate disputes between you and the lender after disbursement
The loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. We are not a party to that agreement and disclaim any liability arising from its terms or its performance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site β including text, graphics, logos, page designs, calculators, articles, photographs, schema, and code β is the property of Moneasy Financial Services or our licensors and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.1 Permitted Use
You may:
- View, share, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use
- Reference our content with proper attribution and a link back to the source
9.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or republish our content for commercial use without prior written consent
- Use our trademarks, logos, brand name, or domain in any manner that could cause confusion
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Site by any automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site
- Use the Site or our content to train, develop, or fine-tune AI models without our prior written permission
10. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Site or our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or stolen information

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Use automated tools β bots, crawlers, scrapers β to access or interact with the Site
- Interfere with the proper operation, security, or availability of the Site
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates Indian law
- Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
We reserve the right to refuse Service, suspend or terminate access, and pursue all available legal remedies against any user who violates these Terms.
11. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites β banks, NBFCs, builders, government portals, news sources, and others. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
Once you click out of our Site, our Privacy Policy and these Terms no longer apply. Review the third party's policies before sharing any data or transacting.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- The Site and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

- Moneasy Financial Services, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses
- Our total cumulative liability arising from your use of the Site or Services shall not exceed any fees you have actually paid to us β which, in our consultancy model, is typically zero
- We are not liable for losses arising from third-party actions, including (without limitation) bank decisions, builder defaults, market conditions, regulatory changes, force-majeure events, or government policy changes
- We are not liable for any loss caused by your reliance on indicative information published on the Site
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any limitation here is held unenforceable, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moneasy Financial Services, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Misrepresentation of information by you
- Misuse of the Site or Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or credentials caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security
15. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. 16. Termination

18. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting our Grievance Officer (Section 19) in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days of written notice, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 17.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking equitable or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral.
